Guideline for submitting digital artwork to Big Graphic Impressions:

PC or Mac Platforms

Adobe Photoshop (.EPS, or .PSD files) – up to version CS3
Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF files) – up to version CS3
- All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with artwork files
- All artwork should be layered for potential re-positioning of elements
- Resolution must be at least 300 dpi at ¼ scale (75 dpi actual print size) for all elements
- All color images should be in CMYK
- All linked images must be embedded or included in artwork files

Flat file format

Any flattened photographic images must meet the following criteria:
- TIFF, .JPEG, .PDF file format
- CMYK format
- At least 300 dpi at ¼ scale (75 dpi actual print size)

Resolution Settings

All files submitted for use in large format applications MUST be at least 300dpi at ¼ scale (75dpi actual print size). Files submitted at lower resolution may be deemed unusable due to poor quality when enlarged.

Media Accepted

- CD / DVD
- Zip Disks
- Flash Drives
- Email Submission
- Uploaded to client FTP and submitted with address, user name, and password info.

Scanning Services Available

Big Graphic Impressions can scan your color transparencies, glossy color photographs, and original art work up to 8"x 10" in size. Hi-res scanning is available via a 4500 DPI Drum Scanner at an additional fee.

Color Correcting

All artwork submitted should include a color hard copy with files. A color proof will be necessary if samples of printed colors or PMS colors are not provided with artwork.
